May 1, 2009 Started operations with the Digital Department (62 staff) inherited from Gonzo K.K.
Apr. 1, 2010 Absorbed and merged Decoloco, Inc. (an animation filming/VFX company) of the Q-TEC group
May 1, 2010 Headquarters moved from Nerima to Asagaya Studio in Suginami
Apr. 1, 2011 Opened Ogikubo Studio and started 2D animation production
Produced our first prime contract OVA work, "HELLSING VIII ~ X"
Apr. 1, 2013 Produced the TV animation "Boku-wa Ousama" [I AM A KING]
Opened Sapporo Studio
Nov. 1, 2014 Produced the feature film "Rakuen Tsuihou – Expelled from Paradise"
Apr. 1, 2015 Memory-Tech Holdings, Inc. became the largest shareholder
May 1, 2015 Opened Shinjuku Studio; headquarters and systems moved from Asagaya Studio
Dec. 1, 2015 Production Department in Ogikubo Studio moved to Asagaya Studio
Apr. 1, 2016 Bamboo Mountain, Inc. became our subsidiary (shares succeeded from Q-TEC)
Apr. 1, 2017 Opened Kyoto Studio
Nov. 30, 2017 Acquired shares of TYO Animations, Inc. and changed the company name to Yumeta, Inc.
Jul. 1, 2018 Established FLAGSHIP LINE, Inc. as a joint venture with Avex Pictures, Inc.
Apr. 1, 2019 Live2D production from the Q-TEC group was transferred to Graphinica, Inc.
Apr. 1, 2020 Bamboo Mountain, Inc., a subsidiary of Graphinica, Inc., was absorbed and merged
Started operations as Fukuoka Bamboo Studio
Aug. 1, 2023 Kyoto Studio moved to Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto City
